A Moment's Peace - June 24

A liturgy of contemplation and communion, rooted in grace. A gathering on Wednesday, June 24 at 7:30pm for a time to focus on God in both lament and hope.

All are welcome.

In the middle of a busy week, take time to pause, rest, and encounter peace. “A Moment’s Peace” is a contemplative service with scripture, prayer, music, and communion. All are invited, including those who have carried hurt, those who have felt on the margins of church, and all who long for the grace of God.

At First Presbyterian Church (61 Picardy Place, Winnipeg) Led by Rev. Matt Brough, and musician Rachel Colman. Come as you are. At Christ’s table, everyone is welcome.

Our congregation is located in Winnipeg, which is on Treaty One Land, first entrusted by Creator God to the Anishinaabeg, Anishininewuk, Dakota Oyate, Denesuline, Nehethowuk nations, the homeland of the Red River Métis.
