Matt Brough is the devoted husband of Cheryl, and loving father of Juliet. He has been a pastor of small, faithful congregations for more than 20 years. For 3 years he was director of Cyclical PCC, a Church Planting support initiative of the Presbyterian Church in Canada, and has hosted the Spirituality for Ordinary People Podcast. Matt is the author of the “Let God” books and a series of fantasy adventure books for ages eight and up.

Ashley Boychuk

Ashley is part of Prairie’s leadership team, helping support the music that keeps our community connected. She brings a collaborative presence to planning and loves creating spaces where people feel welcomed and able to participate creatively in the life of the church.
Ashley is a classically trained operatic soprano with a Master of Music degree from the University of Minnesota. Her career has taken her across Canada, the United States, and Europe. She deeply values music as an opportunity to connect, grow, and communicate.
Raised in Winnipeg, Ashley has been a member of Prairie for almost fifteen years and is grateful to serve a congregation where music thrives.
Corrie Van Aertselaer

Corrie and her three daughters live in a house where books are stacked high in every room and most surfaces are covered in craft and art projects.
Corrie has had glue on her hands and paint in her hair for the better part of three decades in her roles working with kids inside and outside of the church. If you ever see her staring off into the distance there’s a very good chance she’s just had a brainwave for an object lesson or craft for the kids in Kidventure.
Corrie is inspired by nature and passionate about helping children (and adults!) hear from God about how very loved they are. She strives to make Sunday mornings at Prairie a fun and meaningful time for children - from nursery aged to youth - to learn about God, the Bible, and becoming more like Jesus through songs, games, Bible lessons, crafts, and stories.
And after an exciting morning in Kidventure she believes very firmly in the restorative qualities of a good book, a bit of chocolate, and a cup of tea.

Pam is part of the team at Prairie working as the Administrative Coordinator and has a passion for keeping things organized and efficient. In addition to sending out community information in the weekly newsletter each week, Pam helps plan events, coordinate volunteers and helps to get people connected at Prairie...helping people to find a place to belong is one of her favourite things.
In her off time, Pam enjoys reading as many books as she can, going to the movies, spending time in nature and enjoying life with her husband and their 3 kids.
