Mark your calendars for a fantastic summer BBQ at Prairie Presbyterian Church happening after the Sunday morning church service on Sunday, July 28th!
We’ll gather to enjoy delicious food, fun games, and great conversation. It’s the perfect chance to come together during the summer, a time when many of us are away at the lake, traveling, or taking a break from in-person services.Folks are welcomed to bring lawn chairs, blankets, or use chairs from the church.
We’re especially excited to welcome our friends from Converge Community Church and look forward to hosting their congregation.

The New Beginnings Team at Prairie is hosting a one-day retreat for the congregation. Our main purpose is to spend time together seeking God’s direction for our congregation as we consider how to build deeper relationships in the neighbourhood in South Winnipeg. We will be going over the neighbourhood research that has been done by the team, reflecting on our strengths and resources we have available, and prayerfully seeking God’s guidance for our next steps.

Prairie will hold its annual general meeting following the worship service on April 21st, 2024. A reminder that we already approved out 2024 budget, so this meeting is for receiving and reviewing the 2023 reports and financial statements.
