Holy Week

Palm Sunday - March 20th - 10am

We celebrate the day that Jesus rode into Jerusalem. Was he triumphant or was he humble? Was he, somehow, both?

Maundy Thursday - March 24 - 6:00 to 7:30pm

A family atmosphere. Bring a dish to share.

Ever wonder what Jesus and his followers did during the Last Supper? During the meal we will walk through what actually happens at a passover meal, including the various symbolic foods that are eaten. This will be followed by a short communion service as we learn how Jesus modified the symbolism of the passover to point to the salvation he was about to accomplish. See the video above for more details.

Good Friday - March 25 - 10am

Our Good Friday Service follows the traditional pattern of reading the passion story from the gospel of John. We pause at specific points in the reading to sing classic Good Friday Hymns. We believe that there is great meaning in being together on this day. Easter Sunday is that much more powerful when you have observed Good Friday.

Easter Celebration - March 27 - 10:00am

Jesus conquers death and brings hope that goes beyond what we usually consider possible. We celebrate that goodness will finally prevail. We celebrate that in Jesus all is made well. We celebrate with great music, and a life-changing story. The focus is completely on the Risen Jesus.

"...Death is gone for good—tears gone, crying gone, pain gone... Look! I’m making everything new..." Revelation 21.4-5 (The Message)
